Refunds, Returns, and Shipping Policy
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you receive cans that are punctured, leaking, or have lid damage, or if items are missing from your order, please contact us promptly and we will review and resolve the issue as outlined below.Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility
- Orders are processed and shipped exactly to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
- Incorrect, incomplete, or changed addresses (including missing apartment or unit numbers, incorrect ZIP codes, or address updates requested after the order has been processed) do not qualify for a refund.
- Eternal Life Elixir and our order processing partners do not modify or update delivery addresses once an order has been processed.
- Orders returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Damaged Cans & Quality Issues
- Up to 4 cans with busted lids or lid damage:
- A credit or an equivalent refund will be issued for the affected cans.
- More than 4 cans with lid damage:
- A replacement (based on availability) or a refund will be processed.

Dented cans are safe to consume and do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Please note: We are unable to ship individual cans.
Missing Items or Deliveries
- If your order is marked as “delivered” but not received, please allow up to 48 hours, as carriers may mark deliveries early.
- If the order does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us and we will assist after review.
Subscription Orders
- Orders processed under an active subscription are not eligible for refunds unless a cancellation request was submitted prior to the order being processed.
- Customers are responsible for managing, pausing, or canceling subscriptions before processing.
Photo Requirement for Claims
- To process any damage or quality claims, customers may be required to provide clear photos of the damaged cans and the outer packaging.
Claim Window
- All damage or missing item claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for review.
Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect on the customer’s statement, depending on the payment method and financial institution.
