The Eternal Life Elixir mobile message service (the "Mobile Service") is operated by Eternal Life Energy Inc. We currently use Klaviyo as a service provider to facilitate certain email and SMS communications.

By opting in to the Mobile Service, you agree to these Mobile Message Service Terms, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms of Service.

Consent to Receive Messages

When you affirmatively opt in to receive marketing text messages from Eternal Life Elixir, you agree to receive recurring SMS and/or MMS messages from or on behalf of Eternal Life Elixir at the mobile telephone number you provided.

These messages may include:

• promotional offers and discounts;
• product announcements;
• new product or flavor information;
• cart or checkout reminders;
• subscription-related marketing;
• requests for feedback;
• customer engagement messages; and
• other promotional or marketing communications.

We may use automated technology to send these messages where permitted by applicable law.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Eternal Life Elixir.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Not all mobile devices, telephone numbers, or carriers may be supported.

Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving marketing text messages from Eternal Life Elixir at any time by replying STOP to any marketing text message you receive from us.

After submitting a valid opt-out request, you may receive a one-time text message confirming your unsubscribe request.

After your opt-out has been processed, you will no longer receive marketing text messages from that messaging program unless you subsequently opt in again.

Other recognized opt-out requests may also be honored as required by applicable law.

If you participate in more than one messaging program operated by us, you may need to opt out of each program separately.

Mobile Number Changes

Your Responsibility for Your Mobile Number

By enrolling in the Mobile Service, you represent that you are the account holder or customary user of the mobile telephone number you provide and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.
